POLO EVENTS
SWG Events has provided technical production services for a number of Polo Events, including The International Polo Awards, Audi International Polo, The Royal Windsor Cup and a selection of Royal Charity Polo days. Each has required a different bespoke solution to serve the needs of the varying audience numbers, structures and layouts. We work closely with our client, EI Productions, to ensure high quality delivery for these stunning hospitality areas.
Many of the events have seen flown rigs of SGM P5 LED wash fixtures to light the dining areas, which ensures a smooth lighting transition into the evening entertainment. K Array audio solutions have been deployed for their great audio quality, wide coverage and discreet design. Most of the events have also featured distributed video systems for the playback of charity videos and sponsor reels, which enable seated guests to view from all angles. LED screen designs have also been incorporated into many of the event after parties.
