In 2019, SWG Events took on the Headline Stage at the Festival of Marketing, providing staging, set, LED screens, video control, audio and lighting.


A bespoke set design was created for the event, incorporating a custom 3D trapezium shaped LED screen surround on each side and a rear wall featuring a large 3D logo as a centre piece. LED screens filled the screen apertures either side of stage for content playback, run from a Blackmagic Design PPU system. A small Panasonic PTZ camera system was also deployed for use with relay screens, recording and sending live streaming of some of the sessions.


A number of fills were put in place to support the already extensive in house D&B speaker system. To feed this, the show was run from an Digico S21 audio console, with Sennheiser radio mic systems and DPA 4088 headsets being used for each of the presenters and panel members.


A lighting floor package was also provided to emphasise the 3D elements of the set and give the headline stage that extra wow factor!
